Coface UK & Ireland scooped the prestigious title of Credit Insurer of the Year at the credit industry’s annual awards in London.

We have regular communication, training and development programmes in place so as to encourage and support brokers.
We categorise our business into segments in order to offer a high level of service to all of our clients and to provide clarity regarding who to contact for key aspects of a policy. Our customer relations team is formed of customer relations experts and a credit insurance specialist who have experience in customer service, claims, collections and practical experience in Risk Underwriting.
