Broker

At Coface UK, we value the role of the broker channel in the business community.

Brokers can add value to the relationship they have with their clients by educating them on credit management issues, such as how to avoid the problems of bad debt and late payment, thereby giving clients an opportunity to secure and grow their business.

We respect this broker-client relationship and believe it is the route through which we can best make companies aware of our services.

Just click on the broker partnership case studies below which illustrate the mutually beneficial relationship we aim to achieve with brokers.

New and general brokers

There is no need for brokers to be specialists in credit management - we have a dedicated broker support team who will help brokers secure their client's business and help run the policy afterwards. Our belief in the broker channel is also demonstrated through the broker communication, training and development programme we have in place to encourage and support brokers in their activity.

We want this relationship to be as beneficial to you as possible and so we have developed a number of support services which are outlined below.
