The data controllers are Coface UK, and other companies within the Coface UK Group namely - Coface UK Services Limited and Coface Receivables Finance Limited, all of Egale 1, 80 St.Albans Road, Watford, Herts WD17 1RP, hereinafter referred to as 'The Group'. In compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998, when 'The Group' are provided with personal data, we will hold the data, together with other information, securely and confidentially and process it for the purpose of carrying out our activities. These activities are administration, marketing and prospecting, accounts and records, debt management, factoring, credit insurance, credit assessment, credit referencing, surety, research and legal services. We may need to share the data with other companies within the Coface Group or responsible third parties within or outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

'The Group' will process the data about buyers, debtors and debts in accordance with the data protection policy stipulated by the client, which remains the data controller of those data.
